This past Saturday was such a dream day, & I was so honored to get to capture it for Shelby & Johnathan! With a hurricane approaching the Mississippi coast, rain was definitely in the forecast, but that didn't affect this amazing day one bit!! Thankfully, the rain held off until after we were able to take ALL of the important portraits, which was such a huge blessing!! Shelby & Johnathan stayed so calm all day & were just excited to finally become husband & wife!
I absolutely LOVED the combination of the fall colors in the florals & the pastel blue & navy in the dresses & tuxes! All of the details of this day were stunning!! Believe it or not, this was my first wedding to capture in Hattiesburg, MS, & I have to say that I seriously loved it & hope to get to do more weddings there in the future!!
One of my favorite parts of the day was watching Shelby & Johnathan have so much fun dancing together at their reception! With crazy rain coming down outside, they couldn't have cared less, & were just enjoying the ending to their incredible wedding day & the beginning of their journey as a married couple!! I was reminded yet again of how much I love this job of mine & how blessed I am to get to work with brides & grooms like Shelby & Johnathan!!
Mr. & Mrs. Vu (yay!! finally!!) - thank you both so much for trusting me to capture your amazing day! I hope you're having the best time on your honeymoon & hope you enjoy getting to relive you day through these photos for years & years to come!
