Becoming a photographer has literally been a dream come true, & getting to capture the joy of some of my closest friends as they have met their husbands-to-be has been THE best part. Four years ago, I had never even imagined that I would get the honor of taking my best friend’s engagement photos, but last week, that actually came true (& I may have cried within the first minute, just SO many emotions, y’all)!! I met Anna when we were just college freshmen! We had joined the same social tribe & were in the same dance group for the annual Follies competition that fall! I quickly learned that Anna encompassed so many things that I needed in a friend — hilarious, laid-back, encouraging, & selfless are just a few of the ways she has been such a blessing to me! We ended up becoming best friends, & I can honestly say even though there were hard seasons of waiting, we have ALWAYS believed that the Lord had someone amazing in store to be Anna’s husband, & y’all, Noah is that & so more than I could have asked for in the man I want marrying my best friend! These two compliment each other so incredibly well. Getting to spend an afternoon with them last week to capture the joy that they have together was truly a gift. It was such a blessing to see so clearly how much Noah desires to take care of Anna & always thinks of her before thinking of himself. I cannot wait to see all that the Lord has in store for their future together, & I am SO excited to get to stand by them on June 25 as that adventure begins!! I know that their wedding day will be truly special — & not just because of the amazingness that every single detail will be, but because the joy of the Lord shines through every moment these two are together. I can hardly wait to see their story unfold!!
