I don't know any other way to begin this post but to say that I consider it a huge honor that I got to be a part of this wedding day. Emily & Andrew are an unbelievable pair--passionate Jesus-followers, world-changers, & lovers of all people. They're a flat-out amazing couple who live to make Christ known among the nations & now through their marriage. Emily & Andrew chose to get married on Good Friday, & the day was nothing short of a beautiful picture of the love that Christ has for us. Their's was my first out-of-state wedding, another reason this one will always be special to me. The wedding venue was Messick Farms outside of Nashville, TN. Although the weather forecast projected a 100% chance of rain all day, the rain didn't come until the moment Emily & Andrew drove away as husband & wife. So, so grateful!
There were so many elements that made this wedding special--from the pearls and jewels that were hand-sewn onto Emily's belt by her sweet mom, to how excited each of Emily's bridesmaids was to see her in her dress, to the way Andrew looked at his bride as she walked down the aisle to become his wife. I can't say enough about how much I loved getting to capture it all.
Emily & Andrew--thank you so much for giving me the honor of being your wedding photographer. I can't wait to see all that's in store for your life together as Mr. & Mrs. Fish!!
